The alert for Virginia has been canceled.
Snow and Ice storm slated to hit Virginia late this evening. Noah's Wish has been asked to staff a shelter at Virginia Tech in Blackburg, VA should it become necessary to evacuate residents due to the storm or power outages. Volunteers in Virginia and Maryland have been alerted and are being asked to provide their availability to respond.
